We are pleased to offer this service to assist you with your costume order and pricing.   Throughout the process of creating this interactive form, you, the customer, were our main focus.  Therefore, the level of security established and expected from Wolff Fording was maintained when creating this system.  Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. This system is great for convenience and eliminating errors.  This step-by-step system is easy, fast, convenient and safe.  It will automatically enter some fields of information after only a few fields are entered.  This eliminates flipping back and forth between your catalog and order form.  You will be required to complete all of the important data as the system guides you toward supplying correct colors and sizes. There are three ways to send your order.  After entering your selections, you may submit the order directly through our web server.  This method has been upgraded this year so that your order is downloaded directly into our computer each night.  This speeds the processing of your order, removes the potential for entry mistakes and speeds the mailing of the order confirmation.  Please use the "Comments" box only for any ordering difficulties since this will slow processing.  Another new feature is that the credit card processing will happen automatically and you will see this on your screen.  By submitting your order on-line you will also insure that you receive the highest discount available through January 31st which is 2% higher than submitting your order by any other method. You may also print your order and mail or fax it to us.  The delivery date, however, will depend upon the date your order is received at our office.  Either way we strongly suggest you always print a copy to keep for your records and future reference.
